REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At The Carine Apparel, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review the policy below to understand your options for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


RETURNS

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all original packaging, tags, or labels intact

Items that show signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration may not be accepted for return.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These may include:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items (if marked final sale)
  • Promotional or limited-time special items

We recommend reviewing product details carefully before completing your purchase.


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To start a return, please contact our support team:

  • The reason for return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).


RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages during transit.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 7–10 business days
  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item (for example, different size, color, or style), please mention this when contacting us.

Exchanges are subject to:

  • Product availability
  • Stock limitations at the time of request

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will:

  • Provide a prepaid return label
  • Offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, it may still be returned in accordance with this policy.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect)
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable
